Monitoring and support plan
An optional monthly plan where we watch the network remotely, apply firmware updates on a schedule instead of at random, and answer the phone when something is wrong. For most homes this means we often know about a failing access point or an internet outage before you have finished noticing it.

Ranges come from the assessment, once somebody has looked at the building. We do not publish a headline number because it would be wrong for most houses.

What are you actually able to see?
Device health, signal levels, client counts, and whether the internet connection is up. We monitor the network equipment, not your browsing, and we do not store anything about what you do on the network.
