Handover training
A sit down session at the end of the job where you learn how your own network works: how to add a device, change the guest password, reboot the right box in the right order, and read what the app is telling you. Includes written documentation of your network, in plain language, which is yours to keep.
What is included
- A working session on your own equipment, not a generic slide deck
- Written documentation of what is installed, where it is, and what it does
- How to add a device, change a password, and hand guests access
- What to check yourself before calling anyone, and what to call about immediately
What moves the price
- Included with design and installation work
- Available on its own for a network somebody else installed
Ranges come from the assessment, once somebody has looked at the building. We do not publish a headline number because it would be wrong for most houses.
Questions people actually ask
Why does this need to exist?
Because the usual alternative is that the installer leaves, nothing is written down, and eighteen months later nobody remembers the admin password or which cabinet the equipment lives in. Almost nobody in this trade hands over documentation, which is exactly why we do.

Twenty minutes, by video or at the house. You will leave knowing whether you have a coverage problem, a configuration problem, or an internet service problem, and what fixing it involves. Often the answer is that you do not need us yet.
