How we work
You should be able to see the work, not just the invoice.
Anybody can say they measured. This page shows what gets measured, what the page you are handed actually looks like, and what the numbers on it mean. If you would rather skip all of it, the short version is on what it costs.
Four things that make the number worth having.
We measure, we do not estimate
A laptop running survey software, not a phone app that guesses. A reading in every room on every floor, taken standing where you actually use the device rather than in the doorway, held still long enough to settle.
Outside counts as rooms
The garage, the lanai, the front porch, the pool deck, the dock. You tell us which outdoor spots matter and they get read the same way. Most coverage complaints we hear are about a place with no roof over it.
We look at what is already competing with you
A scan of the networks around you and which channels they have taken. In a dense neighborhood this is frequently the whole problem, and it costs nothing to fix once somebody has looked.
The equipment list comes before the install date
Not halfway through it. The finding names what the house needs and where each piece goes, so the right gear is ordered and on hand. That is the difference between one disrupted afternoon and three.
What you are handed
One page. Your rooms, your numbers, in plain words.
This is what a finished survey looks like. Every number has a sentence next to it, so you never have to know what a decibel is. It is yours to keep whatever you decide, including if you hand it to somebody else to do the work.

What this house needs
The ground floor is fine and nothing there needs changing. The block wall between the front closet and the stairs is costing about 12 dB, which is why the upstairs readings fall away. Bedroom three and the office over the garage are the two rooms where a video call will not hold up, and the pool deck is unusable.
Two access points, not four. One upstairs on the landing ceiling, one on the lanai wall facing the pool deck. The existing router stays where it is and stops handing out addresses. No new cable: the builder ran coax to the landing and that carries this.
This document is yours. Take it to any installer you like.
The one number worth knowing
Minus 67 is where a video call stops holding up.
Almost nobody in this trade publishes that, and it is the whole scale in one figure. Every reading on the page above is read against it, and so is every answer we give you on the phone.
- -30 to -50 You are standing next to it.
- -50 to -60 Everything works. This is what a good room reads.
- -60 to -67 Video calls still hold up.
- -67 to -75 Web and email fine. Calls start breaking up.
- below -75 It says connected and nothing loads.
Three things that document does for you.
It is yours, not ours
Take it to any installer in Clermont or anywhere else. Do the work yourself if you want to. We will have done our job either way, and we would rather be the company that is comfortable with that.
It stops you buying twice
The usual way this goes wrong is equipment bought first and measured never. Then two rooms still fail, and the fix is another unit nobody planned for and a second appointment.
It survives you
Keep it with the house papers. If you sell, the next owner gets a map of what works where, which is more than almost any house comes with.
Start with the free consult
Up to thirty minutes, by phone or video, and it costs nothing. We go through what equipment you have now, what the house is doing, and which of the services here actually fits. Often the answer is that you do not need me yet.
