The part nobody explains

A meshed access point spends half its radio talking to the other one.

Mesh is a genuinely useful tool and it is not free. The unit relays your traffic on the same radio it uses to serve your devices, so roughly half the throughput disappears at the first hop and roughly three quarters by the second.

We are a wireless company, so this is the tradeoff we spend our time managing. Most newer houses already have some network wiring, and using it is free speed. Where there is none, mesh placed from measurement rather than from where the outlet happens to be is usually enough. For a detached garage or workshop, a point to point link beats both and needs no trench.

Point to point links for detached buildings

Any building that is not attached to the house gets its connection over the air, from a detached garage thirty feet across the driveway to a workshop on the far side of five acres. A pair of small directional antennas, one aimed at the other, carrying a real connection with nobody digging a trench. This is the wireless answer, and wireless is what we do.

A measured survey of your building that produces a signal heat map floor by floor, a scan of the competing networks and non WiFi interference around you, a channel and power plan, and a written recommendation naming specific access point models and mounting locations. The survey fee is credited toward the installation if you have us do the work.

A designed wireless network for a large or awkward house, typically three to six access points placed from measurement rather than guesswork. We are a wireless company, so we work with the wiring your house already has and use point to point links to reach detached buildings. If a job genuinely needs new cable pulled, we say so and bring in a low voltage contractor for that part.

You already bought the equipment. We install and configure it properly, in one visit, for a flat fee. Eero, Orbi, TP-Link Deco, Ubiquiti, Amazon or Costco boxes still in the shrink wrap, all of it. You get placement based on measurement rather than on where the coax happens to come out of the wall.

Nobody buys anything until somebody measures something. That is the whole method.

Step one

We look, at no charge

Twenty minutes on a video call or at the house. Your floor plan, what you own now, and which rooms give you trouble. Plenty of these end with us telling you nothing needs to change.

Step two

We measure, room by room

The paid survey. We walk the building taking signal readings, find out which channels your neighbors have taken, and turn that into a written plan that says how many access points you need and exactly where they go. The fee comes off the installation.

Step three

We build it and teach you to run it

Equipment goes where the plan says, not where the outlet happens to be. Then we sit down with you and go through it, and you keep the written record of what is in your house.

For people who are not sure anything is wrong

Most people do not know what they are missing.

They assume the buffering is the internet company, the dead spot is normal, and the camera app being slow is just how cameras are. Answer a few questions about your house and find out which of those is actually true.

How do I know whether I actually need this?

If your house is under about 2,000 square feet, single story, and open, the equipment your internet provider supplied is probably adequate and we will tell you so. The houses that need designed wireless are the large ones, the two and three story ones, the block ones, and the ones with a detached building. If you are unsure, the assessment is free and takes twenty minutes.

How much does a whole home wireless system cost?

It depends on access point count, what wiring the house already has, and what your existing equipment can keep doing. We publish ranges and the reasons they move rather than a headline number, because a firm price given before anyone has measured the building is a guess that either loses the job or gets honored at your expense. The assessment gives you a real range for your house.

Do you only install Ubiquiti?

Ubiquiti is what we reach for most often because it gives homeowners real control without a subscription, but we are not a single brand shop. If your house is better served by something else, or you already own equipment worth keeping, we will say so.

What areas do you cover?
